Let us take care of your customer orders in our eco friendly pick packing facility. We can use your packing materials or you can draw on the packing materials already available in our own warehouse.
We assess your needs and provide a set price specific to your products and the way they need to be packed to ensure they arrive safely to your customers. We quote a flat rate per order plus a price per sku that we pick. Since every business is different, and every product needs different attention and packing materials, we quote after having an initial discussion with you.
You can take advantage of discount freight prices we have with major carriers including Australia Post, StarTrack and Aramex, or you can bring your own freight account.
Average daily capacity for our customers is anywhere between 5 and 100 orders per day.
Wholesale orders are a vital part of any small business that has stockists. Our research has shown that some 3PL’s just aren’t interested in processing them. We understand that your wholesale clients are a part of your overall branding and marketing strategy and that profit margins on these orders are small.
If the majority of your business is B2C and you have little profit with B2B, we will work with you on price to ensure that it’s a viable option for you to continue your wholesale business while working with a 3PL.
This is usually achieved by working off a ‘per-minute’ fee instead of a negotiated charge and to give you access to our cache of pre-loved & rescued packing materials that we save or collect so they can be used for your wholesale orders at a significantly lower charge.
Your B2B experience will be tailored specifically to your business and we can also offer suggestions for the way you package your products at the point of manufacture moving forward to keep your costs down. More than one 3PL client has saved over 35% in pick pack fees by changing the way their products are packaged at the point of manufacture. If your B2B clients regularly order a specific SKU in lots of 6, but you only have them in our warehouse in a carton of 50, by having your manufacturer create inner cartons of 6 and a master carton of 24 or 48, you can significantly reduce the amount of time it takes to pick and pack a B2B order.
We have a photo studio on site that we shoot in with natural light, by hand. We do all the product photography and flat lays / promo shots for social media for our own online stores in house. Photographs are shot on a digital SLR (not a phone) and shot in raw format so they can be developed and adjusted professionally. We have a reasonable set of props on site for styling and flat lays, or you can provide your own if there’s nothing suitable in our prop selection.
If you require print quality photos, we recommend you choose a professional photographer who specialises in print work using studio lighting.
If you need advice on an aspect of running your small business that we have a lot of experience in, we do offer consulting services when it’s the right fit for us and not a conflict of interest with another client. We don’t offer long term business coaching, but do offer standalone sessions on the specific topic you need. Eco Pick Pack’s owner, Joanne Swadling has over 20 years hands-on experience performing the following roles in the small businesses she has founded.
If it’s done in a small business, Joanne has done it. She has an incredibly vast pool of experience and expertise to call on. If you need a registered professional for financial advice, she will advise you to seek help from a professional accountant. Joanne is direct and a realist with a no nonsense approach to running a business sensibly. She’s not a ‘pep squad’ or ‘motivating coach’. There are plenty around if that’s what you need.
If you need someone who understands how to create every aspect of a small business from the ground up, Joanne is the person you want advice from. Your success is our success too, so if we see a way you can streamline your business, tighten up a process and save money, we will let you know.
