This shift in focus has decreased the number of SKU’s in the range and the move to using a 3PL over running their own warehouse facility has shown a significant saving for their bottom line.
As a mum home-schooling her children, passing the day to day operations to a 3PL company allows founder Tracy to work ON her business instead of managing staff and packing orders. It also gives her back some quality of life and allows her to focus on educating her children.
