NUEBAR
The founders of Nuebar were planning on moving their family to New Zealand and wanted to keep this Australian born brand running and operating in Australia in preparation for sale. Eco Pick Pack took on the management of over 20 SKU’s and worked remotely with the owners in New Zealand. After a period of time, they put the business on the market and successfully sold Nuebar in January 2022.
Nurture Goods is one of Australia’s oldest eco distributors. Eco Pick Pack manage their inventory over 70 SKU’s and provide B2B and B2C pick packing services. Eco Pick Pack have packed every B2B order for Nurture Goods using packing materials that were already used once on their way into the building, creating a significant saving. Using Eco Pick Pack has reduced the running costs of Nurture Goods significantly.
Hanami Cosmetics is an Australian vegan makeup brand with a strong focus on nail polish. After moving from a capital city to a regional interstate area, it was no longer viable to do the pick pack from home and Hanami went on the hunt for a 3PL. Hanami had a poor experience with another provider who were not set up to handle her B2B business and we did the quickest on boarding we’ve ever done with a 3PL client just a couple of weeks prior to Christmas and caught their massive backlog up within 2 days, saving Christmas!
This client’s core business is to train practitioners in a technique developed by a qualified doctor that is used by health professionals around the country. There is one piece of equipment used in these training courses that the participants need to purchase to use in their own practice. This client does not have the space, the time or the desire to be packing orders that come in, especially since the orders are not a steady daily flow. Using a 3PL is the best option for this company, who have more important things to focus on.
This client had a great idea for an eco product range with 5 SKU’s. With this business being a side hustle, and the owner still holding down a full time job, doing the pick pack was never a part of the business model. The contract manufacturer sends the stock directly to the Eco Pick Pack warehouse and the owner spends their time marketing their brand and talking to their customers instead of handling the products.
This mumpreneur has a young family and spends 4 hours every day picking and packing orders, driving parcels to the local post office and has a garage and 2 bedrooms taken over with her business. She has no time for her kids, no room in her house, and no time to grow her business. Something has to change.
