This client has a core business in developing skills and training health professionals in a specific technique. They have one product to sell, and it’s only to course participants, so orders only come in after a course is run. There isn’t a steady flow of orders daily, so hiring someone in house to process these orders isn’t viable.

This client chose a 3PL because they do not have the space, the equipment or the set up to pick and pack orders for the one product they sell to the participants in their workshops.
